Loch Ness...The beauty and the beast

It don't matter if your 5 years old or 95 years old everyone has heard of the Loch Ness Monster right? If not click on the link... Well if you believe in Nessie or not, it still is an interesting story that's for sure. People have been reporting seeing the old girl since 1933 and with the most recent reporting this year.

nope not her..... ummm maybe her...

Its funny what governments do sometimes In the United States we have UFO's and to protect them we have ( area 51 ) Well I guess every one loves a little conspiracy theory. And Scotland has theirs.

You see on this date November 25th 1960. ...49 years ago....

The Scottish Parliament met in order to protect the alleged existence of the Loch Ness Monster. It was reported that a group of young English men were planning on dropping homemade bombs into the water in order to send the Loch Ness creature to the surface. This would result in the capture of the beast for further study. J.R. Johnstone, the Chief constable of the County of Inverness supported scientific study of this mysterious creature. However he did not support bombing it in the process-if it did exist.

The Loch Ness Monster is a debated, mythical creature, most commonly speculated to be from a line of long-surviving plesiosaurs, that is reputed to inhabit Loch Ness in the Scottish Highlands. It is similar to other supposed lake monsters in Scotland and elsewhere, though its description varies from one account to the next.

So if you ever have a little time to kill and want to see some great photos of old Nessie or the beauty of the Scottish Highlands and just can't afford the price or time to go see Scotland in person. Take a trip through the Internet and you will see one of the most beautiful places on earth and if you do go don't forget your video camera....peace zane
